REFUND & RETURN POLICY

CC:Roasters offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unopened and unused).
  • Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return: Please contact us at info@collective.com.my or WhatsApp 012-308 3767 with your order number.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) once your return request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (coffee beans, cold brew, drip bags, and any food or beverage products).
  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Custom or special order products.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
